PS4 Slim loose ac power supply sags down not turning on or blacks out

This the second PS4 slim and it does the same thing as the other loose ac power cable it doesn't want to turn on or if it does it blacks I don't move it so don't start saying it's my fault the thing is so loose it sags down the replacement Sony sent me does the same thing and I tried a new cord and the same thing what could be the issue I've never had this issues from a Sony console
