i saw that you can buy digitizer for s6 edge from ebay (not the glass only. glass along with wires. just search on ebay with 's6 edge digitizer' and you'll know what i am talkin about). how can that be used to fix the touch of my phone?

Unfortunately replacing the digitizer on the Edge would require a Pulse Press. You can order the glass with digi but expensive machinery and training would be required to reconnect the new digitizer. Unfortunately the cable does not attach like it does on a older LED display like the S4. I have heard rumors of people soldering this connection but I find that highly unlikely, or inconsistant. If you wish to experiment with resoldering that connection you will have to pull the LED display from the phones frame to reach the connection on the back.

People sale the touch screen for people who refurbish screens. These are not common repairs as they require a highly skilled tech and expensive equipment. Most repair shops use the full assembly. The s6 edge they are still pretty high. I wouldnt trust ebay parts for 1 main reason. The warranty on most all eBay screens is 30 days.

i already have the front glass of the phone opened up. currently there is no glass on my phone.. only the display. my lcd is working but the touch isn't working properly. so i was wondering what if i peel off the touch portion and try to install this one.
So you have already removed the glass from the lcd itself? It being an edge phone would make it quite difficult to replace the digitizer only. I'd replace the full assembly.
yes i have. and its currently non functional anyway. so i was hoping if any how it was possible as i am not going to be spending so much for this phone to replace the whole thing
At this point the only repair option is to buy the entire assembly, which is expensive, but definitely a doable repair. I have done a few and they arent that bad to replace.
you have done the digitizer only repair (not the glass only glass with digitizer)?? can you tell me the procedure?

It does not fix touchscreen issues. If you are already having touch screen issues you need to replace the LCD assembly.

People sell only the glass so you can replace the glass over the LCD if it's cracked, even though that's very difficult to do with newer phones people still sell it.
