I have unwanted Powerpoint presentations on my Galaxy A5 which I want to completely DELETE from my appliance, but the response is "not authorized". I can REMOVE FROM LIST, but I want to completely get rid of them.
Go to Applications --> My Files --> Device Storage
Find your files (likely under Downloads or Documents).
Tap and Hold the file, and a new option at the top should show a trash can icon.
Tap the trash can icon to delete the file.

I appreciate all the help given, but I not only checked my "downloads" and "documents", where there were "no files", but I went through all the programs listed in "device storage" and could not find anything that remotely looks like a Powerpoint file. Thanks for your good intentions.
