Why won't my blackberry curve charge even with a new battery?

Have you tried a wall charger and USB charger? Does the charge icon come on? Check the phone port take a look at the 5 gold pins where u insert the charger and make sure they are not bend and align right. Also clean out the port to make sure there is no debris in there, if this does not help, try pulling the battery for 10 seconds if it still doesn't work, you may want to try another cable if none above works you most likely have a dead port and a replacement is in order.
