No sound after replacing screen

I recently replaced my 6s plus screen and have replaced quite a few screens over the years,

But I've got a problem, there is no sound from the phone, I can make and receive calls fine through the ear speaker but there is no loud speaker, ringtone, message tone etc, also when I flick the toggle switch down it doesn't vibrate, the front and back cameras all work fine.

Well that's weird. I don't see why it would go bad from doing the usual screen replacement.

I'd start off by ruling out software first.

Restore your iPhone via iTunes (Make sure to do a iTunes backup of the phone if you need to keep any user data off it) then restore from a iTunes backup and test the loudspeaker / ringer.

I recommend trying without restoring the backup then trying after (Sometimes the phone settings stored in backup can do weird things with sound / mic not working).

Thanks for replying back to me, I actually put it into DFU mode tonight and it's still the same, I'm wandering if I should just by a new loudspeaker, and camera/proximity sensor ribbon and replace them, it's getting really frustrating now.

Okay so do the volume buttons work done on the side?

And does the toggle switch make the phone switch silent / vibrate on and off as shown on screen?

If not you may want to check the connector for volume and vibrate on logic board maybe it's not plugged in fully.

Also I'm thinking pry damage on the vibrate switch itself when lifting up the screen but that's very unlikely considering you done multiple iPhone screens.

Yes volume buttons work, when you flick the switch for silent it doesn't vibrate, been over everything and double checked all the connections etc, I've replaced the whole camera, ear speaker flex cable as I had one spare thinking it may be a bent part, only other thing I can try is replacing the loud speaker, if that fails then I'm well and truly stumped

This is a dumb question but you do unplug the batteries first before removing or installing the screen right?

If that fails I'll also be stumped (It's probably going to be the audio chip on the logic board controlling the audio going bad which requires micro-soldering to replace).

Yes mate I always disconnect the battery it's a force of habit now, I might replace the loudspeaker if that fails it's going on eBay lol.
