Where is the fuse In My New 3DS, and my screen is acting weird

My New 3DS blown it's fuse, and know how to fix it. The only problem is that I don't know where the fuse is, any ideas on where it is? Now my screen color is turning pink then blue then white the yellow, any ideas on how to fix it?

Opções

Your ribbon cable might have come loose, try reconnecting it. Also you never said which fuse (I don't know where they are but assume the 3ds has more than one)
