Acer Aspire 5745g not booting. Power, Caps Lock, Num Lock blink once

Acer Aspire 5745g not booting. Power, Caps Lock, Num Lock & CD Drive LED blinking continuously.

Some days back while working on my Acer Aspire 5745g Laptop, screen suddenly froze. So I had to Hard reboot (Long pressing power button) the system. The system never booted since then. Only Power, Caps lock, Num Lock and CD drive LED blink continuosly at slightly different intervals and duration. The battery LED is orange at first but changes to blue after some time (Approx 1 mins).

No beep sounds and no Fan turning on sound.

The LED blink pattern is as below

1) Booting on AC Power

Long duration blink of Power Led then after small fraction of time LED (Caps lock, Num Lock, CD drive) blink for small duration. LED blink cycle repeats continuously

With Battery - Battery LED first lights with Orange colour then turns blue after approx. 1 minute . It stays on but never blink

Without Battery - Battery LED doesn't light up.

2) Booting Only on Battery Power

Long duration blink of Power Led then after small fraction of time LED (Caps lock, Num Lock, CD drive) blink for small duration. LED's blink only for single time. LED blink cycle does not repeat. Battery LED doesn't power up.

I tried below things which didn't work

1) Checked the Power adapter voltage. Output is same as desired voltage mentioned on Adapter.

2) cleaning off dust from Internal parts

3) draining internal component charge by long pressing power button with battery and Power adapter removed

4) BIOS reset by removing CMOS battery

5) USB BIOS recovery : Alll LED turned off but PC didnt. Again LED blinking when tried to power up normally

[Steps followed : 2 GB USB drive formatted with FAT file system inserted in right most USB port. Correct BIOS image with .FD extension with changed name placed in USB root folder. Then after draining power from internal components pressed Fn+Esc key combination with USB drive inserted in port. Connected Power adapter and pressed and hold Power button for long time. All LED turned off but system didn't boot.]

My Laptop Configuration is as below,

OS : Windows 7 home premium (64 bit)

Configuration :

Intel core i5-430 M processor (2.26 GHZ, 3 MB L3 cache)

Nvidia Geforce GT 330M upto 2651 MB Turbo cache

15.6" 16:9 HD LCD

4 GB DDR 3 Memory

500 GB HDD

DVD Super Multi DL drive

Acer Nplify 802.11b/g/n

6 cell Li-ion battery

Kindly help in diagnosing the problem and solutions to this issue. I have no access to Acer Service center at my place.
