Why isn't my phone charging
Its been plugged for 24hrs now n its going down in battery charge not going up. Pls help it's not even a year old.

Sounds like a bad battery. When the battery will not hold a charge, and charges slowly it's a sign the battery is bad.
I did a search online an replacement battery and they run for ~$9.00 to ~$20.00.

It could just be the charger as well! Try with another one to see .

It looks like my battery has also failed after less than a year. There are YouTube videos that show how to replace one, but not being mechanically minded I'd have to find a shop to do it, or just get a new phone. Here's one of the videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yY8Gw1o4...

my battery is showing a exclamation on the battery saying 0% but its not dead and turning off and on while on the charger and turned off instead of showing a charging battery? any ideas

As far as charging slowly. Try using a different wall socket ( outlet ). I don't mean to put a new socket in the wall. And only have your charger on that outlet. Nothing else plugged in. Get a good 5volt charger that puts out at least 1 amp and up to 2amps. Good luck
