The screen underneath the main screen has cracked badly, and the touch screen barely works, would you have to replace both the screen and the Digitizer, and how much would it be to fix it?

The Digitizer can be bought for about $16-$20, the LCD is a little more expensive, around $35-$40. I would see which description above fits your device and then go from there

Thanks a bunch, this was extremely helpful I believe its the LCD Display, as the touch screen isn't cracked.
Does not cost a lot if you repair yourself, if you got to a computer store or specialize person I say $ 75.00 up to $125.00 beyond this and the store, and or person is just taking advantage on you’re own ability to repair the screen and most know nothing on how to and cannot learn on line to comfortably repair their on screens. Until recently someone kept placing these web sites as a restricted area and you were not allowed entry into them. Public Library is of the worst to block information that will help you repair a computer or tablets, sighting the copy right infringement rights to the owner of the songs.
They are concerned a kid might learn a little and hack their system into Bolivian

I broke my DELL tablet a while ago by dropping it, and shen I picked it up, it had a HUGE crack from one corner of the screen to the other and it would ALWAYS keep registering THOUSANDS taps EVERYWHERE EVERY SECOND! And I lost and found it again and it is EXCRUSIATINGLY HARD TO TAP ANYTHING I WANT! And i’m wondering what the price rang would be. Plz answer really soon!
