after replacing my iPhone 6 with new LCD Screen Digitizer Full Assembly (bought in ifixit), while in operation it is going to black screen for certain minutes. then go to normal operation again.

I will suggest to replace it again and see if continuous doing it.
At least you will know it is the screen or you have damaged something while repairing it.

I planning to return it back the original screen, seems the LCD Screen Digitizer Full Assembly from ifixit is not original
Hopefully you can sort it out. Good luck
