Hi I have a Alcatel one touch Flint and I can't get text from one number I can get calls and I can send text I don't know if it is my phone or what but I am not going to set on the phone with cricket costumer service for have the day and not get help

I have heard of this happening before this is the solution that has worked for others:
Delete the contacts and reenter the information as new contacts. Hopefully that helped:)

Is it only from the one particular number or any number trying to text you?
Is it an SMS or an MMS (text with pictures)?
If only the one number can they (the other number) text (SMS &/or MMS) other numbers, (other than you) OK?

Just that one number both SMS and MMS and it is just me that can't get text
