It started a week ago, it always says: you are offline ,and 4G is on and WI FI is also working,I cant use internet thru my phone.
I'll be very appreciated if you can help me.

Hi,
Check that the Data Connection setting is enabled.
Go to Settings > Wireless and Networks > more > Mobile Networks > Data Connection

It is also telling me I am offline
Fed up my samsung keeps saying offline....it is not though ..why does it keep saying it !!!

my smart phone suddenly showing off line and no internate connection whereas internate connection is available on airtell pl. help

I have a new Galaxy Note20 Ultra and it keeps telling me I am off line. the phone every other day removes connection to my car phone and watch. Do I go back to T-Mobile

I have all the necessary things turned on, and I still get offline notifications all the time. Started with the last one or two software upgrades.
