TV Black but have sound
I don't understand why you have to go through all the trouble shooting for a fairly new tv. (bought this past summer in July) Should be able to trade for a new one or should come fix it.
Esta é uma boa pergunta?

I don't quite understand your question. Are you looking for a DIY fix or a support number for a technician? For a DIY the model is needed. It's most likely a connector issue. My screen quit working but that was because I put it back together and had forgotten to reconnect the display before I closed it up.

queent207 you are right. You should not have to do any trouble shooting. Since your TV should still be covered under warranty, notify the place you bought it from and replace it. If you cannot do that for whatever reason, then let us know what the problem is and what make and model the TV is.
