Is this hinge a problem or not?

macbook pro late 2011 13 i nch

is this a problem? i looked inside i saw the hinde rod move back and forth

the hinge is stil steady tho at all angles the screen doesnt drop (the magneets pull it down tho when super close)

only thing is when i move it from when its almost close position it makes a slight noice but nothing anoying since that position isnt used alot

should i replace the hinge or not?

does this involve removing the glass? my glass panel does need a replacement so that can be a combined repair if needed
