1 no sound comingfrom earbuds or headphones
How do I troubleshoot problems with earphnes or earbuds. I have both they used to work work just fine but no no sound on either.

Make sure you are checking each with multiple sources of sound. For example, play music on a computer then plug in each pair of headphones. If you still don't hear anything try using your phone or another computer. If you have another pair of earphones that you know work use these in your test devices as well. If one pair works, and the other doesn't, then you know for sure they are broken.
