PS4 keeps beeping after starting up for a few minutes

Recently, my PS4 started beeping for no apparent reason. The beeping usually last for the entire period before I turn off my console. At first, I thought it was overheating and thus have fan pointed at it. The beeping goes away for a while but returns back.

It is the same kind of beep when you turn on your PS4 and when you are ejecting the disc but I checked the console during the beeping and there's no ejecting disc sound from the drive (as there's no disc in it).

But I did used it for 1 year plus now. What could be the issue? Fan too dusty causing CPU/APU to overheat? But that doesn't make sense as I am still able to play my game without any issue. I still have warranty until Q1 2017 and right am thinking about sending it back.

But curious to know what may be the cause of the issue.

well it may behave like the PS3 do if the game frezze or so turn it off main power not the cable it dose a blip sound and after it dose 3 fast that means it trying to find it and fix it maybe have the same boot for PS4 too

Turn off the main power too for 1 mins. The beep goes away but will come back intermittently and last all the way. Do you think motherboard or the touch power/eject button is at fault?

well if it is its a alert for somting maybe is dmg or so it warns but dose it run the start screen? if not it may be dust inside it that short some circut open it and start it blow on it and see if its a failsafe that dont start if the board is shorted by dust or so
