Why doesn't my Fitbit last long anymore

When I plug in my Fitbit it brings up the ! Sign then starts charging till full and doesn't last up to 4hours I stay in Lagos Nigeria and I got my Fitbit May this year on my last trip to New Jersey @Mayc's store. Please can you help me? I'm presently in Lagos Nigeria...
