Screen replaced now swipe and type issues
I had to replace the screen on my iPhone 5s and now have response issues when swiping or typing

This could be a problem with the screen itself or while replacing it a cable could have not been fully place on. So what I recommend open your device and make sure all the cables from the LCD are fully attached to the device and if not press on them untill you hear or feel the click. If that dose not work you have a defective LCD and will have to get a new one, but good news if you brought the lcd from ifixit.com and its defective it has a warranty.
