The iPad I have won't pair with the speaker Bluetooth?

I've received the speaker from my grandson, and I would like to use it from my iPad, but I am having trouble connecting it to the Bluetooth.

The Sony SRS-X2 Portable Speaker uses the Bluetooth Version 3.0 and profiles A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, and HSP. Check your Apple device if it supports these Bluetooth versions and it will be able to connect upon restarting. If you are still having trouble try following our Bluetooth troubleshooting page for step by step on how to get your device reconnected, or if you need to install these software.
