audio speaker don't work after replacing charging port

after changing the rear houses of my iphone 6, then having also changed the charging port, my audio is not working .

I removed the door from the old houses and I probably broke the contact of the speaker because it is very hard to get unstuck. Now I have to put a new charging port.

Which audio? You need to be more specific as there are different speaker parts for each area.
