What is the correct drive belt number?
I have a murray 2000 hydrostatic drive riding mower and I need to know what is the correct drive belt number?

betty, go to the attached link and select your model #, to see parts list where you will be able to get the correct drive belt. Good luck.

You need to get the model number of your lawnmower (the body, not the engine). Look up the parts diagram on a site like ereplacementparts.com It will tell you the parts number. FYI - there are often several numbers for the same parts, depending on who the manufacturer is (OEM or aftermarket)
