What fluid should you use with ultrasonic cleaner to fix water damage?
I heard somebody used water others other fluids. Why water???
And most important: what should i use???

Use distilled water and Branson electronic cleaner. It should be 97% Distilled water and 3% branson ec. Be sure to turn the heater on for the cleaner! :)

Shouldn't you use Isopropyl alcohol?
Isopropyl is also good, but, Branson ec works better.
Actually I've been hearing the use of isopropyl alcohol in a ultrasonic cleaning on a logic board is a very bad idea. It aparrantly causes the components to easily move out of place or even screw up the board more.
I don't believe this ..... !
I drop a computer into water and the above will fix it?
@glamill not all the time, if there is corrosion on the board this will help remove it.

While I haven't tried this myself, this is more suited to medical environments. According to their documentation they say it is useful "any place where it is important to keep things clean and free from infectious agents".
If you are working on electronic circuit boards, you should use a specialized formulation such as Branson EC (http://www.emersonindustrial.com/en-US/d...).

Distilled water and Branson EC, don't use alcohol. Alcohol evaporates water.

IPA is miscible in water, it does not "evaporate" it. Different purities of IPA have different boiling points but they only evaporate because they are mostly IPA which has a low boiling point.
alcohol will cause the water to evaporate quicker.
