Phone is AT&T Unlocked but only Tmobile Sims works?

I have a lg optimus g pro phone that is at&t unlocked. When I insert my tmobile sims it works fine. I tried inserting a sims card for h2o wireless and airvoice ( both are mvno that use at&ts network), and neither one work.

I have a tmobile unlocked LG V10 and again the h2o wireless and airvoice wireless sims cards dont work.

I tried both sims on a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (Metro PCS unlocked), and the sims card did work.

What gives?

It may sound dumb but have you restarted your phone after carrier unlocking ?

I purchased the phone unlocked from ebay. It is an at&t phone (the logo is there and it starts up showing at&T). I am able to use a tmobile sims on the phone. But I cant use at&t mvno sims. I also just tried a speedtalk sims (and mvno of tmobile) and still nothing.

Have you tried getting in touch with AT&T or checking their website to check if the smartphone is actually simlocked ?
