Nexus 5x display became complete black-white (Not Noise) - Pls help
Hi All,
Last night my Nexus 5x display suddenly became black-white screen (Refer attachment), it doesn't look like noise, i was just having dinner and suddenly the audio went down and ultimately the display went into this stage. I could hear notifications sound but unable to shutdown or start the mobile or perform any action. The device was in proper case, when i removed the case there were little water drops near the speaker area not idea how it go into it other than phone was not dropped into water.
Tried the following so far, but no luck
1. Kept the phone in rice bag overnight
2. Tried drying the device with a blower for few min even though i dont see water traces
3. Examined the device by opening the back case, there was absolute no water.
Can someone pls help looking into the picture, what could be the reason for this, and next action to do
