The quickest method might be to contact the manufacturer by phone and ask if the wheels are even available as a replacement part.

Good, because I couldn't find them anywhere.
If you are in Canada there is a 1-800 and 905 number on the stroller itself but not on the summer infant website for some reason. The website won't permit you to ship to Canada. However if you call them you can still get wheels.

This is what happened with one of my wheels as well. I contacted the company, while I had the stroller in front of me, and they were able to send me two brand new wheels. I mention to have the stroller in front of you so they can verify model and ensure they are sending you the correct wheels :)

will they send it for free or do they charge a fee for each replacement?

Yes, it's possible to find, but sometimes it is more convenient to buy a new stroller because the price for rollers and a new one entire stroller can be the same. We had such experience so I know what I am speaking about. We are waiting for our second baby and I started to study the market for children's accessories and Best Stroller for NYC. Unfortunately, there is a big age difference between our children, and nothing survived from the eldest son. And I was very surprised how many new things have appeared in the last few years.

It’d be interesting to me to hear *why* ppl want replacement wheels. In my case, the edge of one “tire” started to wear, eventually causing the whole wheel and stem pieces to bend inward. Which caused further wear on the tire, which caused more bending, etc. And now the tire is a weird shape and it won’t stay on.
