ihave charghed my kindle fire but I cannot start it

iiii put my kindle fire to charge,when i dissconnectedit , i noticed it was showing part of the battery on the screen, thinking it was still ot fully chared i returned it to charge. itook it off after30 mins or so. now i cannot open it to use
