boots to NTLDR is missing press "ctrl alt delete" to continue. but error message just returns.

this message means that there some problem with windows boot partition.
You can try booting your computer from Windows Boot CD
1. Press 'R' to go to recovery console
2. it may ask you to log into the installation of windows
3. when you reach at the prompt type command 'fixmbr' and y to confirm.
4. next type another command at the prompt 'fixboot' and y to confirm.
Re-start you computer and may be your problem solved.
