Liquid spill and not turning on after clean up and new battery

I have cleaned my macbook pro after liquid spill following some online guides. I have verified my magsafe before installing everything back ,it turns green. After everything is installed and plugin to power supply the macbook just shows green light and it is not charging. I tried with different battery and still the same.

There is red light under battery and red light indicator under fan. Should i replace fan and logic board.

Also I have cd struck in my optical drive and I don't know how to remove cd.

Could anyone please suggest ?
