syncing issue bluetooth reciever module

hi. im experiencing a problem with my ps4 bluetooth pairing with controller. i formatted my game so currently stuck at connect usb press homebutton on setup screen. i tried every solution except (2). change bluetooth chip or try to use a 3rd party controller. i saw in a anothr post that changing the chip doesnt always fixes the issue. so im interested in knowing if a third party controller would do the trick sense its connected through usb exp chronosmax plus or horipad.PLEASE HELP!!!
