While running tab suddenly google play service hass been stopped and google search also too. After touch ' ok ' it is repeating continuously ,or WhatsApp , facebook , messenger have been stopped one by one . there is also problem with operating . the logo is stop blinking and a white line come at bottom .sometimes it automatically get restart.

It sounds like you ll have to reset the device, if you do this normaly the problems will be gone.
Search the internet for hard rest android tablet or device, follow the instructions.
Most of the time its hold and press the on/off button and at the same time volume up or down.
there are several instructions. try to search on hard rest on dell tablet.
after the reset it will start up on factory settings.
Try this first and lett us know,

Boot into the Droid-boot menu by pressing the power-on button and, quickly after, the volume down button. Hold both pressed until you see a Dell logo and then you can let go of the power button. Keep the volume button pressed. Keep the volume-down button pressed and you'll eventually get into the menu options. Check further steps in Dell Venue 8 3840 Manual.
