Possible battery issue? Need quick response.

Hi all,

I purchased a new Huawei Ascend Y625 early January of this year. It functioned perfectly well until I encountered an issue recently. I could leave the phone charging (after it dies) for about two hours, but when I return, it's probably be between 11-19%. There are some cases when it does exceed that percentage, but even so it loses charge very rapidly. One thing that happens very frequently is that I'd leave it to charge (maybe it's on 12%-ish?) and it's be dead after some time! I formatted my phone's memory yesterday in the hope that it may be some applications using up the battery life, but I still have the same results.

I don't think it's my charger, because I've had the same results with about four different chargers, even one of them being an 'Adaptive Fast Charger'. I also don't believe it's the charging port. Could it be an underlying battery problem?

P.S, My brother got the same phone on the same day, but he is not encountering any problems.
