Stuck on boot, not powering on

I swapped the battery on my iPhone with a new one, the old one kept dying a lo. When i put the new battery in, the apple logo shows up for a few seconds, and then doesn't boot up. I know i didn't break any pins or the connection, i have a Professional phone repair job, but all the batteries i try don't work, i even tried a new screen. Has this happened to anyone? Please help! i also did not short circuit anything, i have one of those anti shock bracelets
