My printer just spools the paper through without printing and then the paper light goes on.
There was a paper jam prior to that. What can i do? The printer is 2 months old
i have done the suggested way but still is just pooling the paper without printing

it means the Paper Jam is not properly cleared ..
if all paper have been completely remove.. try the power cycle several time... power on and pull the power cable while the printer is initializing then plug it back again and power it on and observe.. try printing a test page from the printer properties..

i have done the suggested way but still is just pooling the paper without printing
How do i clear that because there is no sign of any piece of paper left from the removed paper
now try fooling the printer to an actual Paper Jam. load papers and try printing as soon as the printer pull the paper remove the power cord and for the paper to jam in then plug the power again and hold the paper from top don't allow it roll out this will cause the printer to trigger jam error now clear the Jam error as usual and you should be good to go... good luck with that
