Won't pair with new phone
My Vivoactive worked well with iphone5. I now have the iPhone 6Plus and it won't pair. HELP!

The only way to pair a Garmin watch is through the Garmin Connect Mobile app. You can't pair it like another Bluetooth device (such as a keyboard) in Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone.
If you don't have the app, go to the App Store and search for Garmin Connect, download it, and follow the instructions in the app to pair the watch.

How did you pair your Iphone5 with the vivoactive watch? I have the old black and square watch an I downloaded this week the Garmin connect app and it does not pair. Is it because it’s the new app is not compatible with the old watch! Where can I get the older app?

Is the vivoactive factory-reset-fresh and telling you it's waiting for Garmin Connect? How far does the Garmin Connect app get? Usually you go to the […] menu > Garmin Devices > Add Device and the app will find your vivoactive if it is in pairing mode (displaying waiting for Garmin Connect or similar message).
Photos of both the watch and app would help. Show me how far you get before the process breaks!
