iPhone 5s issues! Screen all black.

Hello to all, I have tried almost everything possible that I'm capable of doing, but now i have given up. I own a 5s that I bought used off somebody off kijiji, was well tooken care of, a few drops never went in water and got water damage, all was working fine for 6 months except for the battery which had to be changed! I ordered a battery from ebay costed me 11 $ changed the battery without any problems, phone worked fine about 2 weeks later I was receiving a call and boom my screen just randomly went black! Afterwards i plugged in my iPhone and my motherboard would get really hot in a short period of time, and my phone would vibrate every 5 seconds. I then panicked and restored my phone, it then stopped vibrating but still getting very hot!!! I haven't used my 5s in about 1 month now, and i try to power it up and it does not turn on any longer.

please help me ! Ive already looked on kijiji to see if there would be a technician near my location but found no body.
