Hi! I followed the teardown and changed my whole screen frame and now the phone is not charging. It boots but stays a 0% also once i force it to boot and it shows lock screen it automatically shuts off.
Did i damage the battery or not connect the charging decide correctly?

The teardowns are not meant to be followed as repair guides, so you may have disconnected something in the process.
I would have a look at our display assembly replacement guide and see where you might have missed something.

is there a indicator shows when you charging the battery? if there is no sign , would it be the problem that the charging port flex cable is not connecting well with the motherboard? if it shows charging but actually not charging maybe it's the battery not connecting to the motherboard well. just a guess.
