Running at full throttle, will not respond to cable
Started mower 21.5 hp b&s. Run fine for a minute then at full throttle. Will not respond to throttle cable. Cable does move, but nothing.

Check and make sure that your carburetor is functioning properly. It sounds the the butterfly valve inside is stuck wide open.
