Hello I don't seem to have any backlight on this macbook pro the fuse is good I see no damage on the board , and I have even swapped screens over. is there anything else I could check before parting this thing out? The fuse has 11V going though it so it is not blown. but still no backlight.

you say u put a good entire lcd assembly that is confirmed working fine on this logic board and same issue, sounds like logic board problem=a parts MacBook, sorry bro

Are you able to even see the faint image of your desktop? Use a flashlight to shine thru the Apple logo.
Does an external display work?

Yes I can do both I can use a flashlight and mirror to Apple TV no issues
