Marantz SR7500 no sound
My Marantz SR 7500 receiver is having a problem. None of the speakers has any sound. Anyone can help? Thank you.

Hi Vincent,
The Marantz SR7500 is a complex audio device. Many things could be the cause of this.
1. Is the MUTE function enabled?
2. Is the problem consistent with any input or in any mode of the receiver? How about FM radio?
3. Have you tried engaging PURE DIRECT mode?
4. Do you get sound with a pair of headphones plugged in?
5. Is there any message displayed?
6. Have you tried a reset of the device?
Please check all these things and let me know what you found.

Thank you for the comment here, I had a similar problem but when I reset the device the issue was sorted.

I just got this info today and my SR7500 is now in scrap store.
