Hi tyric.
If you have forgotten the password to unlock your phoen and you have created your Huawei account you can reset password by visiting uniportal.huawei.com, and visit Forgot Password link. But if you need to unlock for other networks try https://www.mobileunlocked.com/huawei/ .

If you forgot your passcode then you can recover that passcode using third party software. Or even you can get it by rooting Huawei mobile. It allow access to root file/ By which you can unlock Huawei mobile. But if Huawei is network locked then use this method http://mobile-cellphones.blogspot.com

Hi Tyric. You can usually find a lot of places and websites offering to help you unlock your phone, aside from the carriers themselves. I can’t speak for all of them but http://unlockyoursim.com worked pretty well for me and it helped a lot!
