LCD and/or digitizer fail after replacement?

The last several iphone 6 and 6 plus and 6S plus screens ordered through different people for me to repair are ALL having the same problem. The new screens WILL NOT WORK! They either have horizontal, vertical or both lines on the display, the display flickers at the top of the screen or goes white. The touch works sometimes and doesnt work after a few hours at all. This is on several different phones, several different circumstances. I have checked all connections, checked for debris in all connectors, checked for cracks in the board, tears in any ribbons and cannot find a reason for the issues. This is driving me crazy! I would not be surprised if apple didn't do something to the phone to prevent aftermarket parts... similar to the charging cords that will not work unless they are apple authorized. Do you have any suggestions for this issue? I'm about to lose my business over this issue and I CANNOT figure it out. Please help.

With each phone I put the broken Apple screen back on the phone and the LCD/ digitizer work just as intended. Pulling my hair out... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I know you said you're checking your work; but make sure that display cable bracket is holding those cables down, and try cycling the battery before you do that. After that, where are you getting your parts from?

I have my customers get there parts from Ifixit and phonepartsusa. Most of them are from these two places. I learned that one of the phones was a bad screen they bought "cheaper" from overseas. Only one phone left with issues.

Two different screens. Both full assemblies from Ifixit. iPhone 6 Plus. Replaced assembly. Phone worked about an hour. Started getting lines at the top of the screen only. Lines that flickered. Then digitizer would fail completely. Opened the phone, cleaned and checked for debris or misalignment of pins. All appears good. Reassembly appears fine. After a few hours same results. Opened, cleaned checked reassembled. Works about an hour before exact symptoms and digitizer failure. Help?

And I get it about "are you checking your work?" While I don't have a microscope to check those plugs and pins more closely, I've double and triple checked as I go. Even placed a thin added foam between the shield and the plugs to give them a little extra help staying tight.
