Sostituzione Fusion drive 1tb con ssd 500gb

Buongiorno a tutti, ho un imac 27" late 2012 con 1tb fusiond drive.

Volevo sostituire l'hard disk con un ssd da 500gb già in mio possesso.

ho letto un sacco di guide ma sono contraddittorie non capisco se posso farlo tranquillamente (chiaramente con adeguata accuratezza nell'aprire e richiudere).

Il connettore che monta è lo standard sata e quindi posso fare lo switch tranquillamente?

devo fare qualcosa per il sensore termico?

Hello everyone, I have an iMac 27 "late 2012 with fusion 1TB drive.

I wanted to replace the HD with a 500GB SSD which I have.

I have read a lot of the guides are contradictory! I do not know if I can do this easily (of course with adequate accuracy to open and close).

The connector that mounts is the SATA standard so I can safely make the switch?

Must I do something for the thermal sensor?

Mi rispondo da solo visto che ho dovuto trovare la soluzione da me.

Invece di far sventrare totalmente l'imac, basta sostituire l'hard disk originale con un ssd munito di slitta

io ho usato questa :

ma in commercio penso ce ne siano altrettante utilizzabili.

Unica accortezza è l'utilizzo di questo cavo-adattatore prodotto dalla OWC

per ovviare al problema delle ventole.

Non ho tolto il biadesivo su tutti i lati ma solo sui tre (laterali e superiore) la base l'ho lasciata intonsa non avendo tolto lo schermo.

Per ri-assemblare il pannello lcd avevo comprato qui su ifixit il kit biadesivi sagomati e ri-montarlo è stato l'ideale senza nessuna variazione di spessore.

Ora l'imac 27" late 2012 si accende in 15 secondi cronometrati !

Instead of completely gutting the imac, just replace the original hard disk with SSD equipped with slide

Only care is the use of this cable-adapter product from OWC

to remedy the problem of the fans.

I removed the adhesive on all sides but only on the three (side and top) the base I left untouched not having taken off the screen.

To re-assemble the LCD panel I bought here on the iFixit shaped double-sided adhesive kit and re-assemble it was ideal without any variation in thickness.

Now the iMac 27 "late 2012 comes on in 15 seconds timed

Quindi hai tolto solo l'Hard disk, mentre la parte SSD del Fusion Drive, che dovrebbe trovarsi dietro la scheda madre, l'hai lasciata al suo posto, o hai rimosso anche quella?

Poi come è stata riconosciuta, se è stata riconosciuta? Come un altro ssd?

So you only removed the HDD, while the SSD part of the Fusion Drive, which should be behind the motherboard, did you leave it in place, or did you also remove that?

Then how was it recognized, if it was recognized? Like another ssd?

ho solo rimosso l'hard disk originale Apple, la parte originale non l'ho toccata.

l'hardware non la riconosce dopo

Italian: Non assicurarsi che il nuovo SSD non si fonde con l'altro SSD. Si vuole lasciare loro indipendenti (non come Fusion Drive).

Con il disco rigido vecchio rimossa si ha bisogno di stare attenti qui! Poiché il sistema operativo ha ancora come parte del set motore a fusione. Quindi, se lo si collega di nuovo con il tuo sistema tramite un caso disco esterno si confondere il sistema! Io consiglio vivamente prima la rottura del motore a fusione impostato prima di rimuovere l'unità se è ancora funzionale.

Mi dispiace non ho visto la tua domanda la prima volta che postato. E suona come hai tutto funziona. Complimenti!

English: Do make sure your new SSD is not fused with the other SSD. You want to leave them independent (not as a Fusion Drive).

With your old hard drive removed you do need to be careful here! As the OS still has it as part of your Fusion drive set. So if you connect it back in with your system via an external drive case you will confuse your system! I strongly recommend first breaking the fusion drive set before removing the drive if it is still functional.

Le chiedo: la separazione del Fusion Drive occorre farla prima della operazione di montaggio? il sensore di temperatura è indispensabile?
