Why can I not login to the owner account?
I am using the correct password but each time I try to log in to the owner account it says try again later. Why is this?

It sounds like you entered your password incorrectly too many times and you've hit a timeout. Is "try again later" the exact error?
Have you tried logging into other accounts?
