Hi,
i got an iphone 5s which is charging very slow and fast battery drain.
It doesn't matter if the phone is in flight mode or not.
I think, it is an IC problem.
Does anybody knows, which IC is causing this problem?
Power Management Control IC PM8018 or
Power Management IC 338S1216 or
U2 IC 1610?

More than likely the U2 IC that is damaged, as this chip is damaged easily with copy chargers etc.
This causes things like fast battery drain (even in airplane mode)
Overheating
And a few other symptoms.
Replace that and see what results you get. :-)

where is the u2IC CHIP LOCATED, WHAT PART DO I NEED TO REPLACE
There are plenty of schematics available online, depends which iPhone.

Replace the battery is the first step to do.
Then, if still not working, should be IC or water damage.
