My netbook sometimes hangs and when I write on document it appears with 6#00]]]]]]]]]]]]]. How can I fix this?

Hi,
Look for a sticking key (key stuck down) on the keyboard. If you can't find one connect a USB keyboard and see if the problem persists. If it is OK there is a problem with the netbook keyboard.
