Rebooted my computer to factory settings what's next

Tried to reboot my computer to factory settings hoping that it would fix a problem but now it won't repo to regular there's a message on the screen that says computer will not reboot in safe mode please try to reboot your computer each time I try to reboot And whatever mold it doesn't reboot
