I have tried to charge my laptop for a while but it would not charge. Now that it is charged I the screen is not showing anything but the arrow. It will turn on but there is nothing showing up on the screen. Can anybody help me or direct me in the path of what I need to do?

What happens if you turn it off?
If you press the power button for a longer time than normal it will power off instantly.
I had something like that too but after I powered it off it worked.
Can you put a photo of the arrow you are talking about?

Hi I had the same problem a while ago. I ran the battery all the way down, and then charged it back up again, this worked for me. Hope this helped! :)

Sometime I have to remove the tablet from the keyboard to be able to switch it on.

I have the some issue at times but have not found a true cause. However, the three answers above have all worked for me at one time or another.
