all of a sudden my phone went down the reper shop told me that my rams are full thats why the phone went down
how i can get all info from my phone becuse i do not save it on i cloud long time ago

i couldnt do it becuse the phone wont start at all only i get the apple sign and it goes off again

iyad, what do you mean by the "phone went down"? Does it restart? what does it do?

went down . i ment once i restart my phone it only shows the apple sign and it went off again i tryied many times and i get same result
