Anyone know if it's possible to upgrade to UX32LN motherboard?

My UX32VD motherboard is in need of a replacement, so I figured I might as well take this chance to upgrade to the newer UX32LN motherboard (i5-4210U vs 3317U, GT820m vs GT620m), seeing how both seem to have exactly the same motherboard layout and chassis. More importantly, the newer version doesn't come with the built-in iSSD that is prone to fail over time.

I've looked around the Internet and so far I've found no indication as to why this wouldn't work. If anyone has any insight into this it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Actually, just found out that the heatsink between the 2 models have completely different mount screw layout. Bummer.
