Part compatibility for headphone jack

I want to replace the headphone jack in my S4 because even though it still works it permanently thinks headphones are plugged in when they arnt which means i can't take calls without earphones or listen to media without earphones, however the only headphone jack they sell on here is for the sprint model of the S4, which is a different model than i have. Why is it a different part and is there any chance it could work with my model (GT-i9505)? [produto vinculado ausente ou desativado: IF229-014] that is the product page of the one sold on here. I'd also like to say this problem started after some water damage if that helps with anything.
